Fan Shop Information

Where is the fan shop located?

The fan shop is located on the central square of the Bosuil Stadium:

📍 Oude Bosuilbaan 54A, 2100 Deurne.

What are the regular opening hours of the fan shop?

The RAFC Fanshop at the Bosuil Stadium is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00.

The Fanshop is closed on Sundays and public holidays, except on match days (see next question).

When is the fan shop open on match days?

On match days, extended opening hours apply:

  • 3 hours before kick-off
  • 1 hour after the final whistle.

This means you can still shop or pick up your order before and after the match.

What are the washing instructions for a printed shirt?

To ensure the quality and durability of the match shirt, we ask you to follow the guidelines below:

  • Wash all items at a maximum temperature of 30°C. This is essential due to the presence of multiple transfers and badges; at higher temperatures, the adhesive layer may come loose.
  • Wash the shirt inside out to protect the print and colours.
  • Coloured, white and dark laundry should always be washed separately to prevent colour bleeding.
  • Do not use a tumble dryer. The heat can damage the adhesive on badges and transfers. Allow the shirt to air dry.
  • Do not iron over the print or logos. If necessary, iron only on the inside at a low temperature.

These care instructions are standard in the sports textile sector, but we are happy to repeat them to ensure optimal preservation of your garment.

What if my size is no longer available?

All available sizes are listed online. If your size is not visible, it is sold out. New stock will only be provided if communicated.

Is every online item also available in the fan shop?

No. The webshop and the fan shop operate with separate stock. You can check whether a product is available in the fan shop on the product detail page, just below the “Add to basket” button. There you can see the stock status for each location.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return purchased goods?

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Non-personalised items can be easily returned.

Please note: you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Would you rather not pay return costs? You are always welcome to return your item free of charge to our fanshop at the Bosuil Stadium.

Can a printed shirt be returned?

No. Personalised items (such as shirts with names, numbers or badges) can only be returned if we have made a mistake.

Can I exchange a printed shirt if the player leaves or changes his number?

No. Shirt numbers only become official after the transfer window closes. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange them once they have been changed.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Belgium: 2–4 working days (€8.50, no free shipping)
  • Neighbouring countries*: 2–5 working days (€12.00, no free shipping)
  • European Union: 4–6 working days (€25.00, no free shipping)
  • Rest of Europe + USA: 6–10 working days (€35.00, no free shipping)
  • World + Canada: 6–12 working days (€50.00, no free shipping)

Can I change or cancel my order?

In principle, no. Please contact us as soon as possible at rafc@topfanz.com to discuss the options.

Can I collect my order from the fan shop or the stadium?

Yes, it is possible to collect your online order free of charge from the RAFC Fanshop.

I have not received confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder or contact us at rafc@topfanz.com with your name and email address.

Gift vouchers & Discounts

Can I purchase a gift voucher via the online shop?

Coming soon. Gift vouchers will soon be available via the webshop under the category “Gifts & Souvenirs”.

You choose the amount yourself and the gift voucher can be redeemed both online and in the fan shop.

I still have an old gift voucher. What should I do?

Old gift vouchers remain valid until 31 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. and can be used both in the webshop and in the fan shop at the Bosuil.

Please note: after this date, the value of the voucher will expire due to the transition to a new system. Is your gift voucher not working in the webshop?

Is there a discount for subscribers?

No. There is no standard discount for subscribers on purchases.
